Pastor Juan Marrero
Pastor Juan Marrero has been Executive Director since 2005. He grew up in the neighborhood and attended Second Mennonite Church with his grandmother and mother. The church and Crossroads activities were an important part of his young life, but he gave in to the lure of the street life when a teenager and got caught up in a negative life style. In 2000 when he determined to turn his life around, Crossroads offered him the position of Youth Minister. “They loved me at a time when I was not lovable,” he recalls. He has been here ever since.
